Huguenot Scholarship Open to Applications

The Huguenot Scholarship is awarded by the Trustees of the French Huguenot Church of London Charitable Trust on the advice of the Institute of Historical Research. It is intended to support postgraduate students working towards a higher degree on a Huguenot subject, ie the study of any activity of the French, Dutch, Flemish or Walloon Protestants from the 16th century to the present, in any geographical area. For the purposes of the scholarship, the word ‘activity’ is interpreted in the widest sense.

The scheme is open to individuals of any nationality or academic affiliation who are registered for a postgraduate degree in history or closely related subject.

An award of £4,000 is made.

Applications should be submitted by the closing date of 18 October 2019.
