CIMA Research Grants – Topic Specific Regional Calls

Closing Date: 24/11/2023

Grants to support research on nominated topics in specified areas of management accounting, focusing on investigating topics within a region-specific business and regulatory context.

The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) is the world’s leading and largest professional body of management accountants. Through its General Charitable Trust, CIMA offers grants to support early career and experienced researchers conducting research to advance the science of management accountancy.

The CIMA Topic-Specific Grant stream provides funding for experienced and early-career researchers conducting original, high-quality research with potential to contribute to CIMA’s research objectives and accountants in business. CIMA issues Topic-Specific Calls in two formats – Regional Calls and Global Calls – to support research of relevance across multiple geographic and industry sectors (Global Calls) and research focused on investigating topics within a more specific business and regulatory context (Regional Calls). The Regional Calls also seek to support scholars who may not be successful in applying for a global grant.

The Topic-Specific Regional Calls invite proposals on set topics and within a specified international region.
