The Urban Communication Foundation (UCF) is a US-based non-profit organisation established in 2005. Its mission is to support research that enhances society’s understanding of urban communication patterns, encourage collaboration between scholars, urban planners, and policymakers, promote research strategies and recognise noteworthy scholarship that encourages and fuses urban practice and study.
The purpose of the UCF Mini-Grants is to fund projects that are small in scale, need seed-money or are short term. UCF provides support for innovative research projects that advance urban communication research and/or initiatives.
