Funding is available to pre-doctorate researchers around the world to encourage research in the field of ataxia.
The National Ataxia Foundation (NAF) is a US-based non-profit organisation established in 1957 to help individuals with Ataxia and their families. Its primary purpose is to support Ataxia research, provide vital programmes and services for Ataxia families, and help in the search for a cure.
The Graduate Research Fellowship provides partials support for study and support and may be used by those pursuing research with an ataxia-relevant theme. The awards aim to encourage pre-doctoral students to pursue research and a career in the field of ataxia.
Applications are welcome for research into any type of ataxia. Proposals across the spectrum of basic, translational and clinical research are welcome.
