The British Records Association (BRA) is a charitable membership organisation which aims to promote the preservation, understanding, accessibility and study of our recorded heritage for the public benefit.
The Janette Harley Prize is awarded annually by the BRA for the best/most original publicly-available piece of work which has promoted the aims of the Association, ie the preservation, understanding, accessibility or study of archives. This Prize is intended to generate interest in archives, and raise awareness of research and achievements in the world of archives.
