IBRO Exchange Fellowships

Funding for early-career neurosciences researchers to conduct goal-orientated visits to established laboratories in order to broaden their skills and knowledge.
The International Brain Research Organisation (IBRO) is a union of neuroscience organisations that provides support for neuroscience training and collaborative research around the world. Its governing council consists of more than 80 international, national and regional scientific organisations.
The IBRO Exchange Fellowships provide support for early-career postdoctoral researchers from diverse geographic and scientific areas to conduct goal-orientated visits to established laboratories in order to broaden the scope of their neuroscience training. The newly gained knowledge and skills should be used to advance research in the applicant’s home laboratory.
The minimum duration of an exchange visit is four weeks.
