Georges Pompidou Institute Thesis Prize

A prize is offered for a thesis written or translated into French in subjects relating to human and social sciences.

L’Institut Georges Pompidou (Georges Pompidou Institute) is a Paris-based association reconnue d’utilité publique dedicated to research into Georges Pompidou and life in France during his years in power. Among other activities, the institute hosts conferences and symposiums, offers guided visits through its archive and library and organises commemorative events to promote the life and work of Georges Pompidou.

This prize will award a thesis written in or translated into French. The prize on offer is intended to encourage research into human and social sciences and to promote public interest in Pompidou’s tenure, his life and his works.
