DGN-DSG Stroke Research Award

Biennial award for outstanding achievements in stroke research in Germany.

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Neurologie e.V. (DGN – German Society for Neurology) is a scientific membership organisation in Germany. It is dedicated to the promotion of science and research in the field of neurology while also supporting training, clinical care and knowledge transfer.

The biennial DGN-DSG Stroke Award honours outstanding research achievements in the field of cerebrovascular diseases, cerebral perfusion or brain metabolism. The prize is co-awarded by Deutsche Schlaganfall-Gesellschaft e. V (DSG – German Stroke Society).
