canSERV TransNational Access (TNA) Programme
Closing Date: 25/04/2023
Free-of-charge TransNational Access (TNA) opportunities for organisations within and outside the EU to access oncology services across the entire cancer continuum.
canSERV is an EU-funded Research Infrastructure cluster project under the Horizon Europe programme that unites world-class cancer research services onto a single platform, providing cutting-edge, interdisciplinary and customised oncology services across the entire cancer continuum. It is a multidisciplinary consortium consisting of 19 European partners, including Research Infrastructures, key organisations in the field of oncology, project management and sustainability experts.
canSERV’s mission is to make cutting-edge and customised research services available to the cancer research community EU-wide, enablling innovative R&D projects and fostering precision medicine for patients’ benefit across Europe. The ambition is to meet the needs of academic and industry users from the EU to create a more effective, streamlined and defragmented European oncology research infrastructure landscape. Its vision is aligned with the aim of Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan and the EU Cancer mission.
canSERV will offer a comprehensive portfolio of oncology-related research services available to all scientists in EU member countries, associated countries and beyond. It will achieve this by offering TransNational and virtual Access (TNA) calls to facilitate access to unique services and resources usually unavailable to most scientists, and will promote research with a cross-border dimension.
canSERV will sustain the network and unified resources of oncology service provision beyond the three-year duration of the project.
