Grants for critical care professionals from an ethnic minority to conduct a work project relating to an ethnic minority issue in critical care.

The British Association of Critical Care Nurses (BACCN) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the promotion of nursing in critical care.

As part of its activities, BACCN provides the Ethnic Minority Funding Award to enable critical care professionals from an ethnic minority to conduct a work project relating to an ethnic minority issue in critical care.

Projects must align with BACCN’s mission. Outside of this requirement, projects can take many formats, such as a research, service evaluation, quality improvement project or an audit relating to a ethnic minority issue in critical care in the UK. Projects may focus on patients, their families, staff, or other organisational issues. The project must be completed within one year of awarding of the grant.

In addition to funding, successful applicants will receive one year’s free membership to BACCN.
