Funding for artists at any career stage to enable them to travel to Spain, Portugal or Hispano/Lusophone regions to undertake artistic project work.
Operating as a registered UK charity, ARTES Iberian and Latin American Visual Culture Group is dedicated to raising awareness and understanding of the visual culture of Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
The annual ARTES Travel Scholarship for Artists seeks to enable artists to travel to Spain, Portugal or Hispano/Lusophone regions to undertake artistic project work.
Priority will be given to artists whose own work engages creatively with the rich and distinctive visual cultures of Iberia and Latin America. ARTES is especially looking for candidates who have curiosity, think widely and are prepared to explore.
